Emery Law Firm, P.C. is located on a busy thoroughfare near the heart of Taos and the new Taos County Courthouse. The firm was founded by Kelan Emery, Esq., who began providing legal services in Taos in 1987. The firm serves clients in northern New Mexico in civil matters ranging from real estate transactions and litigation, to wills, trusts and estate planning, to probate and estate administration, to business entity formation, to landlord-tenant disputes, and to business, contract and construction litigation.
